A designated representative from your organization will pick up all the orders for your group and be responsible for distributing them to you

WHY DO I NEED TO PUT THE COACHES NAME ON THE SHIPPING INFORMATION SCREEN
We organize all orders by coach or teachers name so it is easier for your organization to deliver them to you.

WHAT ADDRESS SHOULD I PUT ON THE SHIPPING INFORMATION
For verification purpose, the shipping address should match the address on the credit card you are using for this order. The coach’s name should be entered to facilitate delivery to your organization.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled or edited while you organization or team store is OPEN. Once the store is closed we cannot cancel or edit orders. Please contact us directly to make any changes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
If your product arrives damaged or personalized incorrectly, please contact us at 610-497-9761. We will arrange to have your order corrected as soon as possible. When an order is fulfilled we do not take any returns except for defective or incorrectly personalized merchandise.

WHAT IF AN ITEM DOES NOT FIT
The type of team product you purchased has been customized for you and is not returnable for sizing issues. For assistance with sizing questions, please reference our sizing charts or contact us directly at 610-497-9761 before you place your order.

MY WEB STORE NO LONGER APPEARS ON YOUR SITE
Once a store is closed you can no longer place an order for those items.

I STILL HAVE ITEMS IN MY CART BUT THE STORE HAS CLOSED
Orders placed after the closing date for your store WILL NOT BE FULFILLED.

HOW DO I ORDER MULTIPLE PIECES OF THE SAME ITEM
After you place the first item in your cart, click on the buttons for the color, size, etc. for the same item. A box will appear at the bottom of the screen that reads “ADD MORE”. Click on this box and the second item will be added to your cart.

ARE THERE ANY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ITEMS
If, as a team, orders placed do not reach printing minimums, we may cancel the affected orders. You will be notified and you will receive a refund for that item on your credit card.
